Deposit of 66% of tour prices is payable at the time of the booking, the balance must be paid at least 60 days before the start of the tour. We accept money by Bank wire transfer, & will soon also accept by payment by credit card. Cancellation:
In case of cancellations, the following charges will apply on the entire tour price:
Cancellation between more than 60 days before start of your booking will cost a cancellation fee of 200% of the total value of your booking Cancellation between 60 - 45 days before start of your booking will cost a cancellation fee of 40% of the total value of your booking Cancellation between 44 - 15 days before start of your booking will cost a cancellation fee of 60% of the total value of your booking Cancellation between 14 - 2 days before start of your booking will cost a cancellation fee of 85% of the total value of your booking Cancellation within 48 hours before start of your booking will cost a cancellation fee of 100% of the total value of your booking |
