BOOKING PROCEDURESBooking Principle: Booking the Beachhouse, safaris tours, hotels, domestic transportation or any other program setup from our web site is done by send us your information, and as much info as possible, so we can give you the best options, for your holiday. Before finalizing the booking there will be some corospondence between us, u as clients, & our staff to secure everything is just right for you.
When everything has been set up right, it would be time to pay for the holiday, either with a deposit, or a full payment, depending on the time of booking. Questions:

1) Booking numbers (the numbers that identifies the travel modules you want to book, unless you have a tailor made tour, or are joining one of our groups, in this case you will have been communicating with us about the tour, and the procedures is slightly different).
2) the number of people participating in the booking split up in number of adults, number of kids 0-2 years old and number of kids 2-11 years old).
3) The dates of your booking.
4) Your name, email address and telephone number.

We will reply your enquiry with a confirmation email. In the confirmation email your booking details will be presented.
