Booking Principle:                                                                                                                    Booking the Beachhouse, hotels, domestic transportation or tours from our web site is based on a first come first serve principle.

You are always welcome to contact us if you have any questions regarding the content on our web site. Please send an email to us and we will get back to you with answers to your questions.

How to make a booking:                                                                                                         When you are ready to make a booking send us an email including the following:
1) Booking numbers (the numbers that identifies the travel modules you want to book, unless you have a tailor made tour, or are joining several of our programs into 1 tour, in this case you will have been communicating with us about the tour, and the procedures is slightly different).
2) the number of people participating in the booking split up in number of adults, number of kids 0-2 years old and number of kids 2-11 years old).
3) The dates of your booking.
4) Your name, email address and telephone number.

Confirmation of booking:
We will reply your enquiry with a confirmation email. In the confirmation email your booking details will be presented. In the confirmation email you will also be presented for our payment conditions.

Payment:                                                                                                                                Your booking will be confirmed after deposit payment is completed. See terms and conditions in the menu to the left.
